ELM Suspension Systems, Inc. was formed in 1980 to supply the New York market with safe and comprehensive solutions for temporary access needs. From our convenient location in Long Island City, NY we are able to offer our customers a wide variety of equipment and services for even the most difficult jobs. ELM has a specialized focus on the rental, sale and installation of temporary suspended scaffolding equipment. Extensive experience in rigging and keen knowledge of industry practices and products allows ELM to focus on innovative rigging solutions. With over 40 years of experience and licensed Special Riggers on our team we have both the equipment and the expertise to resolve difficult work access issues.

Rental
ELM Suspension Systems, Inc. has an extensive inventory of suspended scaffolding components. Our rental fleet is comprised of exclusively TIRAK™ motors, Altrex™ modular platforms and a variety of rigging options. We offer complementary rigging planning and assistance for any project.
Sales
All of our rental products are available for purchase as well. Ask us about our financing options!
Installation
Our qualified and experience rigging teams can assist with the installation of suspended or supported scaffolding to help access your work area. Our crews are trained and certified in OSHA and NYC DOB regulations.
Motor Services
Our team of mechanics is certified to repair TIRAK™ and BISOMAC™ scaffold motors as well as BetaMax™ material hoists.
